Self-examination, and good self-control in the psychological context

Self-examination is healthful. However, it should not be staring at your navel. You must listen to your inner voice. It has nothing to do with ventriloquism. Inner voice cannot be heard by ears. Ears hear outside sounds around you - with the exception of tinnitus.

Only the heart hears the inner voice, even though it does not have ears. You can try to see into inside your head by means of a kind of conjuring trick, but you need illusionist to help. Be careful, your eyes can loosen!

Listening is wisdom. You need not see into your head, but you must hear, because "anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand".

The best way to get self-control by means of self-examination is to go into the forest and to sit on the stump and set meditator position. When you want to end the process, wrap your arms around the nearest tree and embrace it. Tree wants to hear you and to comfort you. After that you are ready to return home.
